Revisiting Thomas Paine's 1776 "Crisis"

We are in a similar time with different stakes, no less tyrannical and devastating for this republic and freedom ahead.

The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of their country; but he that stands it now, deserves the love and thanks of man and woman. Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered; yet we have this consolation with us, that the harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph. What we obtain too cheap, we esteem too lightly: it is dearness only that gives everything its value. Heaven knows how to put a proper price upon its goods; and it would be strange indeed if so celestial an article as FREEDOM should not be highly rated.” —Thomas Paine, “The American Crisis” 1776

At no time in my life have I been more convinced that We the People, though endlessly gaslighted by the media and those who manipulate minds for a living, are coming to a point where the actual majority see very clearly that an unelected, self-anointed ruling class of bureaucrats and their greedy, self-serving accomplices have captured our nation, and that We the People finally must unite to take it back. What I have been uncovering, and will be sharing over the next few weeks, is a deeply disturbing usurpation of not only our voices, our votes, and our will as the American people, but a menagerie of poison-penned lawyers, political uniparty operatives, and massive amounts of money in the literal billions of dollars concentrated in an all out effort to prevent WE THE PEOPLE from electing our next president, while openly denying us honest elections of local and state officials by any means necessary. This is not about republicans or democrats or anything in between, as their “bipartisan” voting NGO shill organizations do not believe anyone, and I mean anyone, should have a vote or say over the future of this nation except them. It is far beyond Machiavellian, and is not concerned with party, class, or anything at all. It is solely concerned with pure power for power's sake, so concentrated in the hands of a few known as the so-called establishment or globalist-aligned elitists that it is mind-boggling.

This is certainly not about President Trump, and the sooner everyone starts to accept and understand that, the better. This supra-national group of self-anointed, arrogant tyrants believes they run the parent company ruling over our nation, and unabashedly despise and disregard all of us equally. Yes, that includes their own useful idiots who march in the streets and launder votes for cash. It’s in their own work product, internal memos, and white papers, endless performances on their controlled platforms, and when they meet at the CFR or any Wall Street or D.C. club house.

This would be called conspiracy theory but for their totally controlled propaganda media having crossed the line so blatantly so many times, rendering itself so laughably irrelevant that the only “conspiracy theory” left is that they are not on board with ending America as we know it. The infestation of well-paid operatives aligned with the oligarch-run think tanks and NGOs now taking paychecks from the globalist-controlled mainstream media, not to mention the amount of ex-DOJ and intel agency members parading as journalists, has left a left-leaning mass of human beings unable to see or possibly care that they are being deceived and manipulated into participating in the suicide of our nation. An uninformed, un-skeptical public is the worst of what we have to offer, and the legacy media is all too happy to facilitate it to the people who still spend their days seething in hatred of President Trump, cheering on insane lawfare verdicts that in saner times they would denounce as preposterous, and those with multi-hyphenated faux-moral superiority of being on team “democracy”.

I assure you, as I try every week and on every show by bringing on guests far more knowledgeable and wise than myself, that YOU are not only far more powerful than you can possibly imagine, but that YOU are the answer to the question on how to fix this unimaginable theft of our liberty and futures. It is becoming increasingly clear that the institutions, systems, agencies, and constructs of the past century have been so infiltrated and abused that they are now non-functioning relics, unable to serve their purpose and draining unimaginable resources we should be using elsewhere, merely to survive on perpetual life support. Some may see that as depressing or a lost cause, but I see it as an opportunity and a challenge!

Every one of you needs to go inside to find your unique inner spark that makes you tick and seize the day like never before. Let’s all take action wherever we are, embrace the excitement and renewed motivation to serve your community, your family, and your country as a change-maker and doer. All ideas, all hands on deck, and all are welcome to remove prior restraints and burdens and jump right into the fight for our self-determined future as citizens of this nation!

When that quote by Thomas Paine was written in 1776, the Patriots of America were devastated by the war and believed they were losing. Of course, the stakes for them were far more dire with the consequences of losing to the Crown being no less than death for themselves and their families, not to mention the dream of this nation being erased completely. Then, upon reading Paine’s essay, a reinvigorated George Washington immediately directed all of his soldiers to read Paine’s work before their next battle. They won that battle, and started a string of events that lead to their victory! I highly recommend you read that now as well!
